While certain institutions might take longer, be confident that candidacy verifications are diligently working to finalize your verification.
Sharing Queries
If you’ve registered using the link provided by an Application Organization, the initial verification submission(s) will be automatically and permanently shared with that organization. Make sure to correctly register using the unique URL, which will include the name of the requesting organization for verification of your academic qualifications.
If you’ve signed up without using the unique URL, kindly reach out to [email protected] for assistance, as you won’t be able to automatically share your verifications with the Application Organization. If you can’t find the name of your Application Organization in your Sharing Centre, it’s likely due to registering with the incorrect URL.
Upon registration, an initial application is generated. You’re required to address any application-specific queries and subsequently submit a single batch of one or more verification requests. All verifications intended for the application need to be submitted together. Once the initial verification step complete, following the application questions is done, the Application will be finalized, and additional Verifications cannot be appended.

As per our terms of business if you request cancellation within 24 hours of submitting the verification, CV will refund the credit to your account. After 24 hours the request can be cancelled but all fees and charges will still apply. All cancellations must be requested by email to [email protected]

This occurs when the educational institution requires more documents or information due to insufficient initial submission or inability to locate records in the first search.
To resolve this, you should resubmit the verification with the additional documents or information requested by the institution.
A check that is returned ‘not verified’ can mean either
- One or more of the details supplied by the applicant is erroneous.
- The applicant has an outstanding invoice with the institution that must be paid before they will verify the qualification or award.
- The applicant does not have the claimed qualification.
